Fassionola Fanihi LP "Valentino Hotel" - Out Now!

Silvis Records has officially released "Valentino Hotel," the debut LP by new artist Fassionola Fanihi.  Futuristic "tiki goth" acid house mixology crafted using straight-up vintage synth, and a barrage of vintage drum machines, filtered through a lens of Micronesian/Alaskan isolation.  The unique combination of elements is straight-up Silvis Records.  We are incredibly proud of this one, and find it pretty difficult to articulate with words how awesome we think it is!

This is definitely the type of music the world needs more of right now, and Silvis Records is psyched to make it happen!  We also strongly encourage you to investigate the origins of the name.

Garapanax Oleai - Free on Bandcamp

Garapanax's massive debut, Oleai (named after our favorite restaurant in Saipan), is now available on Bandcamp.  Pay what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law.

Micronesian tropical house / acid (betel-nut?) fit made in Alaska. Tony Montana conspiring with Ancient Aliens to author alternate histories through a mash-up of vintage drum machines and live percussion. Giorgio Moroder's sunglasses' dream of escaping his moustache for a holiday in the CNMI.

Recorded back in 2016, when still somewhat fresh as a carambola from the islands.  This is going to be your best bet until Star Marianas Air is flying again.

Quick Updates

Asenath Anyox is in the works, making significant progress, and will be around 7-8 full-length albums of material.  A huge amount of content to manage.

New tropical electronic/house stuff is in development.  We will try to migrate the Garapanax back catalog over to Bandcamp for free download soon.

It's great to see Masquerade Generation getting so much positive attention on Bandcamp.  Particular thanks to all the fans in France and Italy, who seem to be vacuuming this stuff up.  Check out Young Vulgarians if you want similar material.  There is a huge amount of YV back catalog, some of which we will try to get up for free.

Hoping to get the Naukati back catalog on Bandcamp.  When else in your life are you going to be this perfectly positioned to listen to 5-hour long ambient black metal albums?

There are still some Skaltros / Kuundlaan lathe cut records for anyone who is interested.  silvisrecords at gmail dot com if you want in.  Might be a Malaxis 10" left, too.  This stuff really, really sounds superior on lathe.
