Masquerade Generation: Habanita - Out Now

[CORRECTION - Habanita is out NOW rather than March 21st.]

Masquerade Generation has released its latest album, Habanita, via Bandcamp.  Pay what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law.

Habanita is a smokey cloud of vintage synthesizers paired with melodramatic vampiric vocals; an antique airship's memory of distinctive yesteryear voyages to fallen empires. The sound of dried blood on a Hermes scarf. A demitasse's memory of Alfonso Bialetti's slide rule. The third album from Masquerade Generation, an isolationist goth project based on an island in rural Alaska. (That is correct - actual Alaskan coldwave. Coldwave does not get any colder.)

Already we are noting that "Solitude's Pale Gaze" is getting a much higher proportion of attention than the other tracks, which may say something about the current state of humanity.  After all, what better times to listen to mournful vampiric nostalgia?
